We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to exchange your product.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@bailingoutbenji.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 203 Ames, IA 50010.
We will reimburse customers for shipping back to us if we sent you the wrong item or the item is defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they ordered the wrong item, wrong size or changed their mind.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
